A. Yes, If you need an insurance certificate, we will be happy to provide you with one.

Q. Do I need a sign permit?
A. Yes. All municipalities require a permit meeting their sign regulations defining size, setbacks, height, illumination, how many and in some cases actual design.
RSS has obtained thousands of permits in the area, and will design a sign that is approved in virtually all cases.

Q. Does my landlord get to choose the kind of sign I get?
A. Your lease agreement should clarify your signage elements. In many municipalities, a developer has filed a Master Plan that eliminates any conflicts.

Q. Do you do the electrical work?
A. You (or your landlord) will need to insure there is electrical at the base of the sign or to the back of the façade where sign is to be installed.

Q. Do you guarantee your work?
A. Of course! Most are One year on workmanship.
